How does an escape room work?
In each experience, you will be locked up for a certain amount of time while you and your team try to find a way out. The rooms contain clues, trapdoors and hidden objects.
How long does an Escape Game Munich mission take? When should we be there?
An escape room game lasts 60 minutes. You should allow around 80 minutes for your visit. Before the game, there will be a short briefing by the game master. Therefore, please be there 15 minutes before your booked appointment.
Who is the game suitable for? Do we need special skills or powers?
The missions are suitable for anyone who likes to be active and would rather think for themselves than observe others. No special powers or skills are required.
Are there barrier-free rooms?
Yes, "The Chinese box" in Bogenhausen is one of the few accessible and playable rooms in Munich. Up to three people in wheelchairs can play there with an accompanying person.

I would like to add people to my booking. Is that possible?
Yes, as long as the maximum number of players per room is not exceeded. Please bring enough cash for this. You must bring the extra person not in advance by telephone or in writing.

What do I have to consider in case of cancelations?
You can cancel your mission free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.
If you cancel later (please do so by telephone) we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee.
What does the level of difficulty mean?
There are general classifications from level 1 to 5, but don't worry, our games are designed to be suitable for everyone. Challenging but solvable - and our attentive game masters make sure you always stay in the “flow” and get the support you need when required. If you are playing your first Escape Room, we recommend playing Level 5 (Seven Kingdoms) with at least four people. This way you can split into two groups and have enough time to solve all the puzzles.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have a restroom.
Do I have to play with strangers if I have booked an escape game?
No, everyone plays in the group they have booked with.
