FAQ - Frequently asked questions

With kids in the escape room

  • Children up to the age of 11 must always be accompanied by an adult as a supervisor on the adventure. The accompanying adult may take part in the game free of charge.
  • Young people between the ages of 12 and 15 can participate alone with a declaration of consent (parent's note):

  • We don't lock anyone in! Everyone can leave the missions through the door at any time! Unlike many classic escape games, the main aim of our adventures is not to escape from the room - there is always an important mission to complete.
  • Give the children enough time and space to search for themselves and discover clues. Even if you already know the solution, give the children the pleasure of experiencing the sense of achievement all by themselves.
  • Support them with little hints when they get stuck to show them the right way.
  • Let the children try out as much as possible themselves. Even if it can take a little longer with fine motor tasks - with patience they can usually do it all by themselves.
  • If you get stuck, encourage the children to ask the game leader for support.

How long does an Escape Game Munich mission take? When should we be there?

An escape room game lasts 60 minutes. You should allow around 80 minutes for your visit. Before the game, there will be a short briefing by the game master. Therefore, please be there 15 minutes before your booked appointment.

Who is the game suitable for? Do we need special skills or powers?

The missions are suitable for anyone who likes to be active and would rather think for themselves than observe others. No special powers or skills are required.

From what age can children play in the Escape Room?

In Bogenhausen

  • The witch from age 8
  • The casket from age 8
  • In the death cave from 12 years in the family, from 14 years alone with declaration of consent
  • Castle cell from 12 years in the family, from 14 years alone with declaration of consent

Tal

  • In Seven Kingdoms from 12 years in the family, from 14 years alone with declaration of consent
  • Taphephobia from age 16
  • Dungeon from age 16

I would like to add people to my booking. Is that possible?

Yes, as long as the maximum number of players per room is not exceeded. Please bring enough cash for this. You must bring the extra person not in advance by telephone or in writing.
Note that the Taphephobia room can only be played with 2 OR 4 players.

What do I have to consider in case of cancelations?

You can cancel your mission free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.

If you cancel later (please do so by telephone) we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes, we have a restroom.
